The invention is a medium-high concentration paper pulp fluidizer, composed mainly of twisted vanes fixed on a hub, where the size, twist angle and number of the vanes are related with kinds and throughput of paper pulp, and its variation relationship: the larger the pumping flow is, the higher the lift is and the larger the size of the vanes is, and simultaneously the size and flow velocity of the pump inlet influence the twisting degree and number of the vanes, and the range of the twist angles of the vanes is 10-75 deg. and the number of the vanes is 3-6; the rotating direction of the vanes are opposite to that of the impeller; the front ends of the vanes partially extend into the pulp in a vertical cylinder, and the roots of the vanes are fixed on the hub. And the invention generates a strong shear stress field depending on the vanes with certain twisting degree to fluidize the medium-high concentration paper pulp so as to implement smooth feeding.
