Problems solved by technology

The exposed longitudinal edge of the tape along the suction tube provides a considerable erosion surface on which moisture can condense, causing corrosion and can affect the adhesion of the tape and thus the mutual fixation of the suction and throttle tubes
Thus, although this bonding solution is simpler in application than the two aforementioned solutions, it has the disadvantage of lower durability

Embodiment Construction

[0025] figure 1 The device shown in side view in , consists essentially of four pairs of rollers, which are marked with reference numerals 1 to 8 . All rollers 1 to 8 are mounted rotatably on a common frame plate 18 , for example by means of screws 9 . The rollers 1 , 2 have an essentially flat-cylindrical configuration, each having a suction duct 10 or 11 and, for the upper roller 1 , a throttle duct 12 on the bottom of the suction duct 10 . The cross-sections of these grooves 10, 11, 12 are dimensioned in such a way that they are positively accommodated and pressed against each other. figure 1 Suction line 13 or throttling line 14 coming from the left in the illustration. The suction pipe 13 and the throttling pipe 14 are thin-walled copper tubes respectively, and for the suction pipe 13, have an inner diameter of several millimeters, and for the throttling pipe 14, have an inner diameter of a fraction of a millimeter, the suction pipe and the throttling pipe. The throttl...

Abstract

The invention relates to a suction-throttle pipe for a refrigerating appliance, comprising a suction pipe (13), a throttle pipe (14) which is guided along the suction pipe (13), parallel to the same, and an adhesive strip (19) having a central strip that adheres to the throttle pipe (14) and two lateral strips (21, 22) surrounding the central strip (20) that adhere to the suction pipe (13) and overlap on a side of the suction pipe (13) opposing the throttle pipe (14). The invention also relates to a device for producing one such suction-throttle pipe, said device comprising at least one firstand second roller (1, 2; 3,4; 5,6; 7,8), the facing peripheral surfaces of said rollers forming a gap (15, 24). A suction pipe groove (10, 25) is formed at least in the peripheral surface of the firstroller (1; 3; 5; 7), for guiding the suction pipe (13) through the gap (15; 24), and a throttle pipe groove (12) is formed on the bottom of the suction pipe (10, 25), for bringing the throttle pipe (14) into contact with the suction pipe (13).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a combined suction-throttling pipe, in particular a suction-throttle pipe for supplying and discharging refrigerant to and from an evaporator of a refrigerating device, and to a suction-choke pipe for the manufacture of the suction - Device for throttle tube. Background technique [0002] In domestic refrigeration installations, the suction and throttling pipes are usually interconnected to the evaporator. There are essentially three constructions known for such combined suction and throttle tubes. In the first embodiment, the throttle tube passes inside the intake tube. To this end, a perforation or a diameter expansion must be provided locally on the suction line for introduction into the throttle tube, which must be reliably sealed off after the throttle tube has been installed. Another known possibility is to solder or weld the throttle tube to the intake tube. Since the throttle tube usually has a very small free cross...
