[0017] 1. Preparation of fermentation medium

[0018] Corn, bran and peanut cakes are ground into powder with a pulverizer, and the effect is better after passing through a 60-200 mesh sieve.

[0019] (1) Take 0.2 parts of corn flour, 2 parts of grain bran, 2 parts of peanut cake powder, 95.8 parts of tap water, adjust the pH to 4 with citric acid, sterilize at 121°C for 30-50 minutes, and set aside.

[0020] (2) Take 3 parts of corn flour, 5 parts of grain bran, 5 parts of peanut cake powder, 87 parts of tap water, adjust the pH to 5 with citric acid, sterilize at 121°C for 30-50 minutes, and set aside.

[0021] (3) Take 0.2 parts of corn flour, 5 parts of wheat bran, 5 parts of peanut cake powder, 89.8 parts of tap water, adjust the pH to 5 with citric acid, sterilize at 121°C for 30-50 minutes, and set aside.

[0022] (4) Take 3 parts of corn flour, 2 parts of rice bran, 2 parts of peanut cake powder, 93 parts of tap water, adjust the pH to 8 with ammonia water, sterilize ...

Abstract

The invention relates to clear effective ganoderma lucidum laccase producing method. It includes the following steps: using the ganoderma applanatum ST as setting out strain; inoculating to fermentation medium; inoculating it to the same fermentation medium to culture at 22-35 degree centigrade for 3-8 days; separating the gain laccase preparation. The fermentation medium is formed by 0.1-5% corn flour, 1-7% grain bran, 1-7% groundnut meals, and water. The produced laccase vitality is over 9000U / L which is the international precedent level. The culture medium is agricultural and sideline products, nontoxic, cheap, and pollution free. The method has simple technology, short cycle, high yield, and is suited for industrialization production.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an industrial enzyme preparation, in particular to a preparation method of an industrial laccase, specifically a clean and efficient production method of ganoderma lucidum laccase. 2. Background technology [0002] Laccase (Laccase, EC1.10.3.2) is a class of copper-containing polyphenol oxidases, which can catalyze the oxidation of various phenolic and non-phenolic compounds, accompanied by aerobic reduction to water. Laccases are widely found in plants, bacteria, insects, especially white-rot fungi. Laccase has a wide range of substrates and high catalytic efficiency. It is widely used in biopulping, food flavor improvement, feed nutrition improvement, textile dye degradation and transformation, textile fiber softening, new drug development, new biosensor development and new Energy development and other fields have important (potential) application value [Hong Yuzhi et al. (2005) Bioengineering Jour...
