The procedures of the invention include the following ones: the 1st one is to form photosensitive metallic coatings on the above-said glass plate; the 2nd one is to cure the particular module by heating the top of photosensitive metallic coating; the 3rd one is to display the above-said glass plate that is cured by heat; the 4th one is to dry and bake the photosensitive metallic coatings that is cured by heat on the glass plate after the above-said raster display procedures complete and then form the electrode.
