Abstract

FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates to a skin care composition comprising: (a) hydrophilic gelling agent; (b) a first nonionic surfactant system having a HLB value of 10 or more; (c) a lower alcohol; (d) an oily component; and (e) water. The composition of the present invention provides less greasy and / or less tacky feel to the skin while containing an increased level of oily components. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Many personal care products currently available to consumers are directed primarily to improving and / or maintaining the health and / or physical appearance of the skin.
