Abstract

A small, lightweight, portable message strip kit includes an elongated flexible band carrying a battery, electrical circuit, programmable computer chip and signaling device for alerting the user to perform a recommended activity at certain time intervals during various physical endeavors. The strip carries a program key for the computer chip to select the time intervals for the initiation of the signals. The kit has a chart relating user size, and physical endeavor to frequency of the signal for operation of the program key.
