The invention provides a vehicle positioning and parking lot parking space state management method and system. The method of the invention includes the following steps that: the entrance, exit, passages and parking spaces of a parking lot are marked with RFID electronic tags; an RFID vehicle-mounted terminal is arranged at a suitable position of a vehicle; and the RFID vehicle-mounted terminal reports read legitimate electronic tag IDs and reading time to a cloud platform through a communication module; and the cloud platform saves vehicle location information and parking lot parking space status information and updates the information periodically in real time, so that a query terminal can use the information. The system of the present invention includes RFID electronic tags, an RFID vehicle-mounted terminal, a vehicle service cloud platform, an inquiry terminal, and electronic signages. With the method and system provided by the invention adopted, vehicle positioning and parking lotparking space state accurate management and reservability are realized. Method for automatically sequencing electronic signs of ships in electronic chart

The present invention discloses a method for automatically sequencing electronic signs of ships in an electronic chart, and in particular a sign sequencing method for aligning the overlapped signs in a specific region based on a sequencing algorithm. According to the present invention, after overlapped informative signs of ships in an electronic chart, widths, heights and latitude information corresponding to the ships are analyzed; these overlapped signs are automatically spread and sequenced in a designated idle region in the electronic chart. This solves the problem that the signs are overlapped which causes interference to user's acquisition of valid information. The method according to the present invention, different from the convention method in which a mouse is used to drag one by one the signs overlapped, frame selects a large number of aggregated signs by using the mouse, and then spreads and sequence the signs in a designated position, thereby solving the problem of overlapped signs. Compared with manual spreading of the signs, the method according to the present invention can not only quickly solve the problem of a large number of overlapped signs , but also can make the sequenced signs more beautiful and ordered.
