Most of the various products sold commercially to prevent male
urinary incontinence have the drawback of causing
urine to
stain or leak and adhere to the testicles. [Solution] The present invention is an undergarment called "pleasure-relieving pants," which consists of a pant-shaped piece of fabric smaller than regular pants, with the lower part forming a pouch to collect
urine. A slit is provided in the upper part, called the lower abdominal band, to allow the
penis to be removed. The use of stretchy fabric such as spandex minimizes gaps, preventing the
penis from easily retracting. Regarding
itching relief, for small amounts of
urine, such as slight stains, the
urine collection bag can be made of ordinary cloth and can be used without anything inside. However, for larger amounts of urine, waterproof or water-repellent fabric should be used, and gauze,
cotton wool, paper towels, absorbent cloth, or
superabsorbent polymer should be placed inside the
urine collection bag. If the expected amount of urine exceeds the size of the bag, the bag can be made larger and more
absorbent material can be added to collect more urine, making
urination easier.
