water supply pipeline comprises the steps that the periphery of a water pipeline is sleeved with a half tee joint, the half tee joint is connected with one end of a
gate valve, and the other end of the
gate valve is connected with a non-water-cutoff opening
drill body; an opening is drilled in the water pipeline through a non-water-cutoff opening
drill; after the opening of the water pipeline is formed, a
drill rod of the non-water-cutoff opening drill is pulled out, the
gate valve is closed, the drill rod of the non-water-cutoff opening drill is replaced by a rubber end cap hollow ejection rod, and a rubber end cap is mounted on the rubber end cap hollow ejection rod; the gate valve is opened, the rubber end cap hollow ejection rod is pushed, pressurizing is conducted, the rubber end cap expands, water in the water pipeline is
cut off, and then construction can be conducted; and after construction is completed, the rubber end cap is deflated, a positioning sleeve is loosened, the gate valve is closed while the rubber end cap hollow ejection rod and the rubber end cap are taken out, branched pipes of the half tee joint are closed, and the non-water-cutoff opening drill body is dismounted.
