This application discloses a
coal gasification pulverized
coal co-firing
system and method, solving the technical problems of poor ignition and
flame stability of pulverized
coal as an
inert fuel in existing technologies. The
coal gasification pulverized coal co-firing
system includes a
coal gasification pulverized coal bin, a boiler
flue gas
assembly, and one or more pulverized coal feeding assemblies. The boiler
flue gas
assembly includes a boiler, a hot primary air
branch, and a hot secondary air
branch. The boiler has a furnace, a hot primary air inlet, and a hot secondary air inlet. The hot secondary air
branch has a first branch and a second branch. The hot primary air inlet is located below the hot secondary air inlet. The pulverized coal feeding
assembly includes a pulverized coal feeding
pipe, a
pulverizer, an air-coal mixer, and a spray gun. The first inlet of the air-coal mixer is connected to the
pulverizer, the second inlet of the air-coal mixer is connected to the first branch, and the mixing outlet of the air-coal mixer is connected to the inlet of the spray gun. The outlet end of the spray gun extends into the hot secondary air inlet and is connected to the furnace. This achieves efficient and stable co-firing of
coal gasification pulverized coal in a pulverized coal boiler.
