Jacket frame floating structures comprise one or more elongate vertical support columns formed of an open cross-braced jacket formwork of tubular members interconnected together and at least one cylindrical buoyancy capsule disposed in the open framework near an upper end and at least one cylindrical second buoyancy capsule near a lower end in vertically spaced relation. The buoyancy capsule(s) may be a single, or a plurality of upper and lower capsules bundled in circumferentially spaced relation with a central opening therethrough. Alternatively, a keel tank may replace the lower capsule. The optimization method comprises the steps of taking into account of a cooling water cycle to establish a thermodynamic model; through a first law of thermodynamics and a second law of thermodynamics, obtaining system net output power, water pump waste power, heat efficiency, (the formula is shown in the description) efficiency and irreversible loss, and according to the influence of an evaporation temperature and an expansion ratio on system thermodynamic performance, determining an optimal evaporation temperature; under the optimal evaporation temperature, calculating heat exchange areas of an evaporator and a condenser, wherein it is defined that an economical objective function is the ratio of the system net output power to the area of the evaporator to the area of the condenser, and the comprehensively evaluation function is the weighted sum the economical objective function (the formula is shown in the description) and the efficiency; with the comprehensive evaluation function being an optimization target, determining an optimal condensation temperature; according to the optimal evaporation temperature and the optimal condensation temperature, determining system parameters of work medium mass, cooling water mass, evaporation pressure, condensation pressure, an expansion ratio, the net output power, the heat efficiency and the irreversible loss. According to the optimization method for determining the flue gas excess heat organic Rankine cycle system parameter, the optimal evaporation temperature and the condensation temperature can be determined, and thus the optimal system parameter is determined.

The invention provides a detection technology of ocean eddy variation based on historical similarity cases, belonging to the information technical field. The method is mainly applied to quantitative variation detection of ocean eddy, and the implementation technical scheme thereof is as follows: establishing a historical case library combined with an eddy spatial-temporal characteristic relationship extracted by a rough set method on the basis of expression models of the ocean eddy cases, then calculating the similarity between the current cases and the historical cases to obtain the historical case which is most similar to the current cases, and finally detecting variation of the current eddy cases according to the situation of the historical cases. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a byproduct of a salt lake, namely sodium sulfate is fully utilized, fresh water resources are saved in the production process, the production period is shortened, the production efficiency is improved and the production cost is further reduced.
