Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of pollution controlling technology, and is one new technological process of treating high concentration and hard-to-degrade organic waste water. The combined biological oxidation-catalytic oxidation-biological oxidation process (BCB process) is adopted in treating high concentration and hard-to-degrade organic waste water. The high concentration and hard-to-degrade organic waste water is first treated in the B1 section to eliminate most of its biodegradable organic matter via aerobic hydrolysis and biological oxidation, then catalytically oxidized in the C section to improve the biochemical property of water, and finally biologically oxidized in the B2 section. Compared with traditional treating process, the BCB process has greatly reduced oxidant consumption and obviously lowered running cost.
