Abstract

A column-shaped buoy is formed by a large-ball floating body and a small-ball floating body which are connected in series up and down; the lower part of the small-ball floating body is fixedly connected with a main rod which is drooping; the lower part of the main rod is hung with a heavy block and a balance vane; the main rod is provided with a given mooring force point; a transverse rod is fixed on the mooring force point and is connected with the main rod in a cross balance way; two ends of the transverse rod are connected with a U-shaped pulling rod by a rotation ring so as to form a rectangle swing frame which can be freely swung; a buoy anchor system is connected with the lower anchor mooring point of the rectangle swing frame. The carrier platform of the invention leads the ocean current to drag the force of the buoy balance vane and generates the moment at the force point and the moment which is generated at the force point by the force dragging to the ball body by the ocean current is equal to the moment generated at the force point by the force dragging to the buoy balance vane by the ocean current, thus forming a stable carrier platform, and the floating body inclined angle is hardly affected by the ocean current.
