In gas path system, a smoke-water heat exchanger connection electric valve and a butterfly valve are connected in parallel to a smoke exhaust pipe at the end of the gas engine generator unit; the gas engine generator unit and a smoke supplemental combustion type lithium bromide refrigerator are connected wit a ball valve group and to a gas pipe, a vacuum hot water boiler is connected to the gas pipe. In water path system, the gas engine generator unit is connected with a water-water heat exchanger by pipeline, and the water-water heat exchanger is connected to a smoke-water heat exchanger by pipeline; the smoke supplemental combustion type lithium bromide refrigerator, the vacuum hot water boiler and the air conditioner water supply pipe of the electrical refrigerator are connected in parallel.
