Abstract

The present invention relates to one kind of Ag-Ge alloy material and its preparation process and application. The Ag-Ge alloy material is prepared with Ag 91.5-94.5 wt%, Ge 1.5-4.0 wt% and white copper 1.5-7.0 wt%, and through mixing and casting. The preparation process includes the following steps: 1. mixing the materials homogeneously; 2. smelting the mixture inside a graphite crucible at 1100-1150 deg.c; 3. casting; and 4. drawing wire and rolling into sheet.
