Abstract

A modified PC/ABS alloy essentially consists of the following in mass fraction: 65 to 85 for PC/ABS, 10 to 20 for stiffening agent, 0.5 to 1 for coupling agent, 5 to 10 for bromide fire retardant, 1 to 3 for stibium fire retardant, 1 to 6 for plasticizer, and 0.2 to 0.5 for oxidation inhibitor. By adding harden stiffening agent, plasticizer and fire retardant in the mixing process, the modified PC/ABS of the invention improves the surface hardness of the PC/ABS alloy as well as to further achieve the surface hardness and fire resistance and meets the technological requirement with little changing of the mechanical properties of PC/ABS, thus widening the application of PC/ABS alloy.
