The invention adopts an integral oxygen producing device and comprises air sending pipes which are connected with the inside of the vehicle through oxygen supplying pipes and auxiliary distributed oxygen supplying branch pipes according to the distribution of personal quota in the carriage. The whole environment of the inner of the carriage is provided with high concentrated oxygen, and oxygen supplying is available to all the passengers at the same time. The invention realizes an oxygen supply mode which combines the diffusion type of oxygen supply and the distribution type of oxygen supply. The produced oxygen can be distributed in the whole environment of the inner of the carriage uniformly, solving the oxygen inhalation requirement of all the passengers. The apparatus of oxygen supply for rail vehicles comprises the integral oxygen producing device in the inside of the vehicle, the oxygen supply pipes of the oxygen producing device, air the air sending pipes connected with the inside of the vehicle and the auxiliary distributed oxygen supplying branch pipes according to the distribution of personal quota in the carriage.
