The activating element array substrate comprises a substrate, an activating element array, a detecting circuit, a plurality of connection pads and a plurality of single-way switch elements. The activating array and the detecting circuit are disposed on the substrate. A plurality of connection pads are connected electrically to the activating element array respectively. A plurality of single-way switch elements are connected respectively between the connection pads and the detecting circuit, and each single-way element has an input end connecting electrically with one of the connection pads and an output end connecting electrically with the detecting circuit. The single-way switch elements can decrease drain current and increase display quality.
