Embodiment 1

[0084] Example 1 Preparation of predatory mite production container

[0085] Make a cylinder with a diameter of 40 cm and a length of 35 cm. The bottom of the cylinder is a 300-mesh screen, and the top is naturally open. The container is sterilized and ready for use.

Embodiment 2

[0086] Example 2 Production of predatory mite artificial host

[0087] 400g of pollen, 10g of yeast, 1g of vitamin, 10g of honey, 0.5g of sorbic acid, and 578.5g of bran were uniformly mixed, and sterilized at a temperature of 120°C for 3 hours to make a culture material for later use. Evenly spread the compost on the bottom of the container prepared in Example 1. Apply a 2cm wide layer of sticky shellac to the inner edge of the top of the container. Introduce 20,000 milk mite into the compost and keep it at a temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 75%. Add fresh medium once a week. After 3 weeks of feeding, the population density of milk mite reached 300 heads / g.

Embodiment 3

[0088] Example 3 Normal speed production of predatory mite

[0089] According to the number ratio of Amblyseius steerii to milk mite 1:20, Axyseiusei mite was inoculated into the acaroid mite population obtained in Example 2, and kept at a temperature of 25° C. and a relative humidity of 75% for rearing. Add milk mites once a week. After 4 weeks of feeding, the population density of Amblyseiusiusi reached 500 / g.

Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of a predacious acarid. Through adjusting, the temperature changes between 10 to 37 DEG C, and the relative humidity changes between 45 to 95 percent, 10 to 30 percent of O2 is fed in the batch type, flour mite is added once every 1 to 7 day(s), the predacious acarid population is controlled to increase by 1 to 8 times in one week. When the market demand is strong, the predacious acarid population increases rapidly, and the production period of the predacious acarid is curtailed; when the market demand is weaker, the predacious acarid increases slowly, and the predacious acarid population is renovated in time before curtailment to keep the population continuing, thereby reducing the waste in the process of the production of the predacious acarid. A production container of a predacious acarid of which the lower bottom is a ventilated net or film, the upper top is opened naturally is provided. When in use, the inner edge of the mouth of the container is coated with a layer of insect sticker to prevent the predacious acarid from escaping. Using the method to produce the predacious acarid improves the utilization rate of the breeding ground, lowers the workload, reduces the breeding material quantity and lowers the combined cost by over 50 percent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing predatory mites. technical background [0002] As early as the beginning of the 19th century, research on predatory mites to control harmful mites had begun. The study found that phytoseiids are important predators of spider mites and gall mites, and are the most effective predatory mites known. Phytoseiids have been successfully applied in agricultural production. For example, the use of Phytoseiid mites to control phytophagous spider mites and A. cucurbita to control greenhouse thrips have achieved great success. In the 1970s and 1980s, more than ten provinces and cities such as Beijing, Jiangxi, Guangdong, and Shanghai used predatory mites to control red mites on citrus, apples, cotton, eggplants and other crops, and tea yellow mites on tea were successful. However, the traditional artificial breeding method of predatory mite adopts pollen or planting certain plants to feed predatory mite hosts such ...
