Problems solved by technology

Generally, harvested and processed in summer and autumn, dried or dried, the harvested corn whiskers are shriveled, less glossy, low in nutritional value, high in impurities, and degraded in use quality.
Due to the backwardness of production and processing methods, corn silk, which has health care and medicinal value, is a large amount of beneficial plant resources wasted

Embodiment 1

[0030] In this embodiment, the excellent corn variety Ludan 981 is selected to produce high-quality and high-yield fresh corn silk in Yangling, Shaanxi, and the production cost and labor input are reduced. It specifically includes the following steps:

[0031] The first step is to select a good corn variety Ludan 981 (National Approval Yu 2003011) suitable for corn silk production (variety right number: CNA20000003.9). This variety has the characteristics of thick filaments, long filaments, high yield and good quality.

[0032] The second step is to choose the isolation area. Isolation adopts two methods: time and space isolation. Time isolation requires that the early sowing time difference between other corn fields and corn beard production fields is no less than 15 days. Spatial isolation requires that the distance between other corn fields and corn silk production fields is not less than 300 meters.

[0033] In the third step, Ludan 981 was planted in Yangling, Shaanxi. The se...

Embodiment 2

[0038] In this embodiment, the excellent corn variety Ludan 981 was selected to produce high-quality and high-yield fresh corn silk in Sanya, Hainan Province, and the production cost and labor input were reduced. It specifically includes the following steps:

[0039] The first step is to select a good corn variety Ludan 981 (National Approval Yu 2003011) suitable for corn silk production (variety right number: CNA20000003.9). This variety has the characteristics of thick filaments, long filaments, high yield and good quality.

[0040] The second step is to choose the isolation area. Isolation adopts two methods: time and space isolation. Time isolation requires that the early sowing time difference between other corn fields and corn beard production fields is no less than 15 days. Spatial isolation requires that the distance between other corn fields and corn silk production fields is not less than 300 meters.

Abstract

The invention relates to a manual tasseling process method of fresh corn silk. The method comprises the steps of selecting good corn variety suitable for corn silk production and selecting isolation regions by means of time isolation and space isolation. The seeds of the selected corn variety are periodically sowed at a row ratio of 1:3 to 2:5. The corn tassels with leaves are removed completely in time before the filaments in the early-sowed corn lines begin to grow. The fresh corn silk is harvested before the male flowers in the late-sowed corn line begin to pollenize, about 5-10 days after the filaments in the early-sowed corn lines begin to grow. After the fresh corn silk in the early-sowed corn lines is harvested, the male flowers in the late-sowed corn line begin to pollenize and thereby provide pollens to the early-sowed corn lines, so that the early-sowed corn lines can fruit normally after the corn silk is harvested without affecting the production of corn seeds. The process can yield high-quality fresh corn silk with low production cost and labor input.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant production methods, and relates to a production method of health food and Chinese medicinal materials, in particular to an artificial tassel production method of fresh corn silk. Background technique [0002] Corn silk or stigma maydis (corn silk or stigma maydis), also known as dragon's silk in Chinese medicine, jade wheat silk "Southern Yunnan Materia Medica", corn silk "modern practical Chinese medicine", cob hair "Hebei medicinal materials" and so on. It is the style and flower head of Zea mays, also called filigree, which is one of the commonly used medicinal materials included in the "Medicinal Material Standards of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China" (1985 edition). Corn silk often gathers into loose clusters, the style is slender filament or whisker, its length can reach more than 30cm, and the diameter is about 0.2-0.5mm. Fresh corn silk is yellow-green, light green to brownish red, ...
