Embodiment 1
[0022] 30g of 98% industrial acetic acid, 15g of 1-butene (98% content), and 0.6g of phosphotungstic acid were charged into a 100ml autoclave, and reacted at 120°C for 2 hours. After the reaction, the autoclave was cooled to room temperature and vented. The liquid phase material was analyzed by gas chromatography. The conversion rate of butene is 78.6%, the selectivity of sec-butyl acetate is 98.2%, and the others are butene dimers.
Embodiment 2-4
[0024] Reaction temperature is respectively 100, 140 and 160 ℃, and others are identical with embodiment 1. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0025] Table 1:
[0026] Example Reaction temperature / ℃ Butene conversion / % Ester selectivity / % Butene polymer selectivity / % 2 100 56.2 98.5 1.5 3 140 88.3 96.4 3.6 4 160 89.6 82.3 17.7
Embodiment 5
[0028] Adopt 36% industrial acetic acid as raw material, other is identical with embodiment 1. As a result of the reaction, the conversion rate of butene was 89.1%, and the product composition distribution: 78.5% of sec-butyl acetate, 21.0% of sec-butanol, and 0.5% of polymer.
