Embodiment 1

[0019] Reagent preparation: add 1 mg of sodium selenite per 1000 mL of water to prepare a 1:1000 aqueous solution of sodium selenite.

[0020] How to use: In the trumpet-mouth stage of corn, fill the core with sodium selenite solution, with an average of 10mL per plant. After the field dew has evaporated.

[0021] Technical application effect: the selenium content of grains increased by 70%; the selenium content of stems and leaves increased by 56%.

Embodiment 2

[0023] Reagent preparation: Add 1.5 mg of sodium selenite per 1000 mL of water to prepare a 1.5:1000 sodium selenite aqueous solution.

[0024] How to use: During the growth period of the sweet corn big trumpet mouth, irrigate the plant core with sodium selenite solution, with an average of 10mL per plant. After the field dew has evaporated.

[0025] Technical application effect: the selenium content of grains increased by 100%; the selenium content of stems and leaves increased by 83%.

Embodiment 3

[0027] Reagent preparation: Add 2.0 mg of sodium selenite to every 1000 mL of water to prepare a 2.0:1000 sodium selenite aqueous solution.

[0028] How to use: During the growth period of the waxy corn big trumpet mouth, irrigate the plant core with sodium selenite solution, with an average of 10mL per plant. After the field dew has evaporated.

[0029] Technical application effect: the selenium content of grains increased by 140%; the selenium content of stems and leaves increased by 110%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a selenium increasing cultivation technique which can increase the selenium content in the corn and a finishing agent formula. The technique is characterized in that each 1000mL water is added with 1.0 to 2.5mg sodium selenite, and a sodium selenite finishing agent of 1.0 to 2.5:1000 is prepared; the heart of the corn is filled with the solution at Big Trumpet Period, which is carried out after the field dew evaporates; and average amount used for each corn is 10mL. The cultivation technique has the advantages that: 1. the technique solves the problem of lacking the selenium of human bodies by taking the corn which is full of nutriments and popular as food carrier; 2. the byproduct stem leaves with high selenium can be taken as functional feed for producing milk with high selenium, meat with high selenium and eggs with high selenium, thus providing a way of complementing selenium from the meat, and the egg class food for the human bodies; 3. the technique has low production cost, high transformation efficiency, simple technology, easy operation and no environmental pollution; and 4. the technique can prepare the finishing fluid concentration according to the needed quantity of selenium increasing of grain and stem leaves.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the functional food cultivation technology. Background technique [0002] In order to solve the problem of selenium deficiency in the human body, the current practice in my country is to directly add inorganic selenium to food in the form of additives, or spray selenium on vegetables and crop leaves, or apply selenium to crops in the soil. These methods have the following problems: [0003] 1. Adding inorganic selenium directly to food is harmful to health; [0004] 2. The spraying method makes the inorganic selenium remaining on the surface of fruits, vegetable leaves and melons and fruits be eaten directly; [0005] 3. The conversion and utilization rate of inorganic selenium is low, which is not conducive to human body absorption; [0006] 4. Applying selenium to the soil or spraying on the leaves by fertilization, which requires a large amount and high cost; [0007] 5. Field spraying has certain pollution to the enviro...
