The system is mainly composed of a PC microcomputer, sensors, a controller and an actuating mechanism. Various sensors collect state real-time parameters of the hydraulic breaker which are output to the PC computer installed on a host after the preprocessing by a data collector of the controller and are stored into a dynamic database to be compared with the pre-stored symptom parameters of a self-defined hydraulic breaker, and after an expert system of the PC computer compares the parameters, symptom data required by the expert system corresponding to the spot can be obtained and compared with related symptom data of a knowledge rule base of an expert system in an inference machine, so as to deduce a realistic conclusion and a processing scheme, and the actuating mechanism adjusts the corresponding operational parameters of the hydraulic breaker in real time to realize the function of automatically adjusting the impact energy and impact frequency of the hydraulic breaker. The invention supplies a gap that the hydraulic control system of the general hydraulic breaker can not automatically adjust the impact energy and impact frequency of the hydraulic breaker; and can automatically adjust the impact energy and impact frequency of the hydraulic breaker at any moment according to different degrees of hardness of the impacted object.
