The invention improves the defects that the PDP fluorescent powder in the existing PDP fluorescent powder slurry used for coating can generate settlement which causes the fluorescent powder to be seriously deposited and is incapable of ensuring the fluorescent powder to be uniformly distributed in a carrier even if an external force is used for stirring, thus causing the coating technique to be hardly carried out and leading the storage time of the PDP fluorescent powder slurry used for coating to be prolonged. The invention improves the lopping performance of the PDP slurry used for coating; the slurry coated in the slots between barriers is better adhered on the side surfaces of the barriers to form a uniform fluorescent layer, thereby forming a uniform and compact fluorescent powder layer with proper thickness on the inner surrounding walls and the bottom parts of the barriers.
