Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, Miscanthus acanthus is mainly propagated by ramets, which is very slow and cannot meet the needs of the market.
The cutting propagation technology of the same genus has not been reported at home and abroad

Embodiment 1

[0014] On October 20, 2007, 1,000 sections of Miscanth stalks were cut in the Xiaotangshan base of Beijing Grass Industry and Environmental Research and Development Center, each section had 3-4 stem nodes. After removing the leaves, the stems were treated with 6-benzyl Soak in aminoadenine 6-BA 20mg / L for 24h. After the stems were taken out, they were stored in 25cm×40cm×15cm paint baskets, and the stems were spread flat in wet sand, with a thickness of 3 for each basket, sealed with plastic wrap and stored in a refrigerator at 4°C.

[0015] After 30 days, 53% of the lateral buds on the stem section of Miscanth acanthus began to expand, and 100 segments were taken out, divided into 3 groups, each group had 100 lateral buds, and were cut in the greenhouse, and the seedling rate reached 73%. After 50 days, 68% of the side buds of the stem section of Miscanth acanthus were enlarged, and the seedling rate of cuttings reached 82%. After 70 days, 78.2% of the side buds of the stem ...

Embodiment 2

[0018] The cutting procedures were all carried out as in Example 1, except that the time for cutting the stalks of Miscanthus acanthus was October 30, 2007. Gibberellin GA for stem 3 Soak at 10-20mg / L for 12-24h, and store at 10°C. After 50 days, that is, on January 20, the rate of cutting seedlings reached a maximum of 92%, and then gradually decreased, and after 110 days, the rate of cutting seedlings was 53%.

Embodiment 3

[0020] The cutting procedures were all carried out according to Example 1, except that the time for cutting the stems of Miscanthus spp. was October 10, 2007. Gibberellin GA for stem 3 Soak in 10mg / L for 12h, and store at 4°C. After 90 days, that is, on January 20, the rate of cutting seedlings reached a maximum of 93%, and then gradually decreased, and after 150 days, the rate of cutting seedlings was 72%.

Abstract

Terrestrial stems of miscanthus sinensis are cut off before winter and burnt as waste and firewood. The invention provides a method for germinating and storing stems of miscanthus sinensis. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) cutting off a stem of miscanthus sinensis in later October when 3 to 4 leaves at the stem base turn yellow, and removing the leaves and keeping four stem segments close the stem base; (2) treating the stem segments of the miscanthus sinensis with hormone; (3) storing the stem segments in sand; and (4) after storage for a month, getting the stem out every 20 days and sticking the stem by a fractional cuttage method at room temperature, with the rate of emergency reaching 80 percent between November and early Match and the maximum of 96 percent between January and February. The method can breed indoor miscanthus sinensis at a high rate in slack farming season, breed 3 to 4 strains of new seedlings by use of one stem, and grow cuttage seedlings with strong roots, and hence a mature technique for commercially breading miscanthus sinensis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for accelerating germination of Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus' stalk storage. Specifically, it includes two steps: hormone treatment of mature stalks of Miscanthus spp. and low-temperature storage to promote the growth of axillary buds. Through this propagation technology, the problem of low reproductive efficiency of Miscanthus plants is solved, and the stems cut before winter are used. Seasonal cuttings to achieve mass production of Miscanthus seedlings. It belongs to the field of agricultural biotechnology. Background technique [0002] Miscanthus is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Gramineae family, with a plant height of 1.5-2m. The stems are densely clustered, and the clusters are elegantly round. The leaves are upright and slender, with bow-shaped tops and terminal panicles. The flowering period is from September to October , the flower color gradually changes from initial pink to red, and turns to silve...
