This invention belongs to the field of mine wasteland remediation technology, specifically disclosing a
plant-
microorganism synergistic method for mine wasteland remediation. The method includes the following steps: mixing organic waste, an alkaline amendment, and a first compound
microbial agent with the
topsoil of the mine wasteland, and conducting aerobic cultivation to obtain pretreated soil;
tilling the soil, planting
Miscanthus sinensis, and cultivating until the
Miscanthus sinensis grows stably; planting
ramie between the
Miscanthus sinensis rows, spraying a second compound
microbial agent on the
soil surface between the rows, and harvesting the above-ground parts of the
Miscanthus sinensis and
ramie after 25-35 days to determine the
metal accumulation; detecting the target
metal content in the soil, and if the target is not reached, retaining the
root system for multiple rounds of remediation. This method can effectively adsorb
heavy metals in the soil, solving the problems of low remediation efficiency, long cycle, lack of resource consideration, and insufficient restoration of soil ecological function, providing an efficient, economical, and
environmentally friendly solution for the sustainable ecological restoration of mine wastelands.
