The materials are extruded and molded through heating a stirring machine. The soft damping plate for vibration absorption and noise reduction is prepared through adopting raw materials with wide source and low price and new mixture ratio. Through actual measuration, the wasting factor of the soft damping plate reaches over 0.5; noise can be reduced by over 10 decibels; the effect of vibration absorption and noise reduction belongs to upper intermediate degree; and under the condition of equivalent noise reduction, the cost of the soft damping plate is less than one-third of that of a commercial soft damping plate. The soft damping plate can substantially reduce cost for noise reduction and has good environmental, economic and social benefits.
