Embodiment 1

[0015] The green cocoons are reared until silking and cocooning. The fresh cocoons obtained are put into the cocoon stove and baked at 60-70°C for several hours. The obtained dry cocoons are selected and classified according to the color depth and other economic characteristics. Soak in a mixed solution of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide at ℃ for 30 minutes, the mass percentage concentrations of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide are 0.5% and 0.1% respectively, and then put it into warm water at 50-55℃ to complete the threading and threading. Green raw silk can be obtained by conventional follow-up processes such as thread collection, twisting sheath, interlacing, coiling, drying and reshaking.

Embodiment 2

[0017] The green cocoons are reared until silking and cocooning. The fresh cocoons obtained are put into the cocoon stove and baked at 60-70°C for several hours. The obtained dry cocoons are selected and classified according to the color depth and other economic characteristics. Cook cocoons in a mixed solution of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide at 0.05 atmospheric pressure and negative pressure for 5 minutes. The mass percentage concentrations of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide are 0.5% and 0.1% respectively, and then put in warm water at 50-55°C Complete the threading and threading in the middle, and follow the conventional follow-up processes such as thread collection, twisting sheath, interlacing, coiling, drying and re-shaking to obtain green raw silk.

Embodiment 3

[0019] The magenta cocoons are raised until they spin and form cocoons. The fresh cocoons obtained are put into a cocoon stove and baked at a temperature of 60-70°C for several hours. Soak in a mixed solution of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide at 42°C for 30 minutes, the mass percentage concentrations of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide are 0.5% and 0.1% respectively, and then put in warm water at 50-55°C to complete threading and threading Magenta raw silk is obtained according to conventional follow-up processes such as thread collection, twisting sheath, interlacing, coiling, drying and reshaking.

Abstract

The invention relates to a silk reeling method for GFP familial chromoprotein silkworm colorful cocoons, wherein cocoon is dried at a temperature of less than 70 DEG C, and obtained dried cocoons are cooked for 30 minutes in a solution containing 0.5 percent of sodium silicate and 0.1 percent of sodium hydroxide at a temperature of 42 DEG C, placed in mild water at a temperature of between 50 and 55 DEG C, and subjected to cocoon brushing and general subsequent technologies such as filament guiding, twisting and ensheathing, cross winding, coiling, drying and silk rereeling to complete the process of silk reeling. The invention skillfully breaks through the technical bottleneck of large-scale silk reeling of the GFP familial chromoprotein silkworm colorful cocoons by utilization of temperature control and change of the chemical compositions of the cocoon cooking solution, establishes a reliable method which is suitable for performing large-scale silk reeling on the GFP familial chromoprotein silkworm colorful cocoons, and provides the novel method for actual practicality of the GFP familial chromoprotein silkworm colorful cocoon varieties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of light textile chemical industry, in particular to a silk reeling method of a silkworm novel colorful cocoon created by using GFP family pigment proteins. Background technique [0002] In the vast blue ocean, there are a variety of marine life, among which the colorful corals are the most dazzling, and the dazzling colors of coral reefs are mainly attributed to two types of GFP family pigment proteins, namely GFP family fluorescent proteins and non-fluorescent proteins (also known as colored proteins), in which fluorescent proteins include four closely related proteins of cyan, green, yellow and red fluorescent proteins, while non-fluorescent proteins of the GFP family form deep purple on the tentacles of sea anemones and other similar marine organisms. With these proteins, coral reefs become colorful. It is known that in vitro, GFP protein has strong resistance to heat (<70°C), alkali, detergent, salt...
