The steering-control central ECU receives torque signals, torque yaw angular velocity signals, steering wheel angle signals and speed signals through a CAN bus for calculation so as to define the steering force and angle transmission ratio R. The invention also comprises a yaw angular velocity sensor, a camera, a GPS and a position sensor. The CAN bus is adopted to receive the gear signals, image processing signals, position signals and GPS process signals for the processing so as to start the automatic steering function. The invention adopts various novel techniques to integrate a set of self-adapting steering system and makes use of various high-technique elements to realize the authentic active steering.
