A terminal control unit is formed by a power amplifying circuit, a signal separator, an acoustical pick-up, an instruction receiver, a switch circuit and a power supply module. The broadcasting system has the following substantive characteristic and advantage of realizing the intercommunication and addressing functions based on the original public broadcasting system without changing lines.
