Abstract

The invention discloses a relay unit improvement of an electrostatic pull-in device power supply, which is characterized by adopting IC base inserting mode at the welding position of the original relay (K1); substituting the original relay (K1) to a modular designed single PCB plate with relay function, wherein, the PCB plate is welded with row-shaped needle seats, RC filter circuit and a relay (K3) with strong current capacity, the input and output pins of the original relay (K1) and the input and output pins of the relay (K3) are mapped to the probes on the row-shaped needle seats for corresponding welding. Adoption of the inventive relay unit improvement method can effectively eliminate the arc discharge phenomenon and filter the vast majority of high-frequency signals to resolve the return coupling voltage problem of the machine after the ESC, and to extend the life of the relay; and increase the rotating restoration velocity of the machine; simultaneously reduce the integral condemnation factor of the ESC supply unit.
