Abstract

A high-efficient denitrification and dephosphorization MBR process and device relate to a sewage treatment process for denitrification and dephosphorization. A membrane bioreactor is combined with an oxidation ditch process; the high-efficient denitrification and dephosphorization MBR device comprises an anaerobic external cisterna, an anoxic internal cisterna, an aerobic membrane cisterna and a central island which are sequentially formed into a concentric elliptic cisterna channel; and two sides of the aerobic membrane cisterna and the central island are respectively provided with membrane devices. The process is characterized in that miscible liquid circumfluence from the aerobic membrane cistern to the anoxic internal cisterna and from the anoxic internal cisterna to the anaerobic external cisterna is arranged on the basis of the fluid state of the annular oxidation ditch process, thereby the dephosphorization effect of the process is enhanced; the membrane devices are arranged in the process so as to be able to effectively block microorganisms in filthy mud miscible liquid and suspended pollutants such as colloidal phosphorus, and the like, improve the concentration of the filthy mud and lower the yielding water SS. The process has simple operation, stable running and strong impact resistance load capacity, and is particularly suitable for treating industry and sanitary wastewater with unstable input water quality; and in addition, the output water quality can satisfy the standard of the natural landscape water.
