Abstract

The upper part of a crucible is provided with a crucible cover; thermoelectric couple is inserted into the crucible through a pore on the crucible cover; a protective gas input device, a flux quantitative feed device and a spiral blowing gas device are arranged on the crucible cover; a protective gas input tube is annularly arranged on the lower part of the crucible cover so as to ensure that protective gas is evenly scattered on the surface of the magnesium melt, thereby realizing effective protection of the magnesium melt; the fluxquantitative feed device mainly consists of a star shaped feeder so as to realize quantitative and even feed of the flux; and the spiral blowing gas device can be lifted up and down, after purifying treatment is completed, a spray head can be lifted to the upper part of the magnesium melt so as to reduce pollution on the magnesium melt.
