The invention relates to a creating method for elite seeds of three-coloured amaranth, belonging to the technical field of plant breeding and comprises the following steps: dipping stem tip growing points of three-coloured amaranth seedlings for 24 h by using 0.5 thousandth of colchicines in a reverse-dipping method under the temperature of 30 DEG C, transplanting the dipped seedlings to a selective nursery for cultivation; obtaining the first mutagenesis generation through sifting and cultivating induced plants, continuously separating four generations, and sifting to obtain the excellent induced plants. The method is used for cultivating excellent multiresistance new products of the three-coloured amaranth and new resources, can reduce 50-75 percent of the induction investment, further improve the vegetable induction rate, quicken the breeding speed, and has convenient operation, large inducted groups and high safety. Compared with the common product, the yield of the three-coloured amaranth is improved by about 25-33 percent, multiple properties such as the quality, the resistance, the disease resistance and the like are all obviously improved, therefore, the method has important popularization value, and can produce larger economic benefit and social benefit.
