Firstly, a preformed product which comprises a polyethylene terephthalate layer (12a). Afterwards, the preformed product (10) is heated, and then the heated preformed product (10) is executed with blowing forming with a blowing forming metal mold (54a). At this state, the heating temperature of the preformed product (10) is set to 105 DEG C to 125 DEG C so that the temperature of the blowing forming metal mold (54a) is lower than the glass transition temperature of the polyethylene terephthalate for more than 10 DEG C.
