Hardware device of the onboard wireless dual-card CDMA mobile video monitoring system consists of the dual-card CDMA, an integrative camera, an onboard display, an integrative host computer, an antenna, a control panel and an onboard GPS receiving mechanism. The professional driver video acquisition device realizes the acquisition of facial expressions of a professional driver. The command monitoring prewarning center comprises a remote monitoring host computer, monitoring management software, a video acquisition card, a monitoring and commanding large screen and the like. The system for remote monitoring and prewarning of the fatigue state aiming at driving habits and driving behaviors of the professional driver has the advantages of effectively avoiding accidents.
