Abstract

The invention provides visual experimental equipment and a visual experimental method for researching the dispersing action mechanism of a grinding sheet. The visual experimental equipment comprises adisc grinding mechanism and a data collection mechanism, wherein the disc grinding mechanism comprises a base, a static sheet assembly and a dynamic sheet assembly, the static sheet assembly and thedynamic sheet assembly are arranged on the base, and the tail end of a main shaft positioned at one side of the dynamic sheet assembly is connected with a motor through a coupler; the data acquisitionmechanism comprises a current detection device, a rotating speed control device and a shooting machine which are sequentially connected with the motor, and the shooting machine is arranged above thedisc grinding mechanism; and the data acquisition mechanism is externally connected with an experimental data processing system. The visual experimental method comprises the following steps: adjustingthe distance between a dynamic grinding sheet and a static grinding sheet according to the concentration of pulp; then respectively acquiring image data of a pulp grinding condition, current data ofthe motor and rotating speed data by the data collection mechanism in the pulp grinding process, and transmitting the image data of the pulp grinding condition, the current data of the motor and the rotating speed data to the experimental data processing system for processing and analyzing.
