Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for drying sludge of a solar chimney. The device comprises a solar heat-collecting shed, a solar chimney, an axial-flow fan and a spiral sludge dryer. The solar heat-collecting shed is a closed empty chamber formed by enclosing a light-transmitting plate and a heat-collecting plate; the solar heat-collecting shed is communicated with the solar chimney; the solar chimney comprises a chimney pipe and a fixed bracket; the chimney pipe uses a taper structure in which the lower part is bigger than the upper part; the solar chimney is communicated with the axial-flow fan through the inlet pipe; the sealing housing of the axial-flow fan is internally provided with a rotation shaft and a blade; the rotation shaft is a hollow shaft extended into the housing of the sludge dryer. In the method, the solar energy is collected by the hothouse temperature technology of the solar heat-collecting shed so that the air flows in the solar chimney; the power of the flowing air forms rotation power in the axial-flow fan; and then the rotation shaft drives the spiral sludge dryer to dry the water-containing sludge by using air recuperative heat-transfer technology. The invention makes use of solar energy to dry water-containing sludge, thereby saving energy and power, and having treatment effect of solid wastes.
