The tower type solar chimney salt, water and electricity cogeneration achieves the beneficial effects that the tower type solar chimney salt, water and electricity cogeneration comprises a non-light-condensing type solar hot airflow system, a reflective type Fresnel light condensation system and a humidification-dehumidification seawater desalination system; by utilizing the solar hot airflow system generating electric energy and a strong upflow, seawater in the salt water pool is evaporated; by utilizing the reflective type Fresnel light condensation system, air is further heated in the chimney, part of heat is conducted to the salt water pool at the same time to improve temperature of salt water, and then evaporation is enhanced; and by utilizing a humidification-dehumidification seawater desalination scheme, seawater desalination is performed. Through adoption of a reflective type Fresnel light condensation lens, the radius of the heat-collecting shed cannot be too large, the height of the chimney also cannot be too high, multiple types of energy are fully recovered, and heat efficiency of the system is provided.
