Abstract

The invention relates to an allicin composition and a preparation method of a preparation thereof. The antimicrobial, antiprotozoal and antitumor allicin liposome is characterized by comprising 1 to 6.5ml of allicin, 10 to 50ml of cosolvent and 100ml of medicinal soybean oil, wherein the cosolvent is one of tween-80, tween-100 or lecithin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, according to the proportion, slowly pouring the cosolvent in a container containing allicin and stirring continuously; 2, keeping stirring and adding the soybean oil till the total dose reaches 100ml; and 3, subpackaging the mixture into 300 soft capsules or gelatin pills. The allicin composition has the characteristics of hydrophilicity and lipophilicity, thereby extending the application of allicin from bacterium resistance and fungus resistance to virus resistance, protozoan resistance and tumor resistance; and the composition is expected to solve problems which western medicine cannot overcome.
