A wind-solar complementary anaerobic fermentation temperature increase heat-insulation device comprises a power supply system and a fermentation sealing tank, wherein the power supply system is composed of a wind-power generator, a solar cell array and a battery, which are respectively connected with a charging controller, the charging controller is connected with an electric heating furnace tube, and a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a water exhaust pipe, a water return pipe and an air pipe are arranged on the electric heating furnace tube, the inner portion of the fermentation sealing tank is a fermentation pool, the bottom of the fermentation sealing tank is provided with a bottom circulating pipe, one end of the bottom circulating pipe is connected with the water outlet pipe of the electric heating furnace tube, the inner upper portion of the fermentation sealing tank is provided with an upper circulating pipe which is connected with the water return pipe of the electric heating furnace tube with the other end, the fermentation sealing tank is provided with a feed inlet and a discharging hole, and the feed inlet and the discharge hole are both provided with sealing covers.
