In the combustion method, an inner pipe and an outer pipe which are communicated with a combustion chamber are adopted as an air inlet pipe, wherein the inner pipe is a fuel gas channel, and a channel between the inner pipe and the outer pipe is an air channel; air inside the air channel enters the combustion chamber at high speed and forms negative pressure at the outlet of the fuel gas channel; and the low-pressure and low-concentration methane gas inside the fuel gas channel is absorbed into the combustion chamber and combusts in the combustion chamber in a mixing mode. The invention also provides a combustion device for realizing the combustion method.
