Abstract

The invention discloses a thermoplastic elastomer for a medical experimental human part and a production method. The elastomer is prepared by the following raw materials by weight: one or two of SEBS503 and maleic anhydride graft SEBS, intensifier, one or a plurality of polypropylene, maleic anhydride graft polypropylene with the grafting ratio of 2-9wt%, maleic anhydride graft ABS and polystyrene with the grafting ratio no less than 9wt%, SBS792, skeleton intensifier, plasticized softener, pigment and additive. In the invention, universal compatilizer-SEBS503 and maleic anhydride copolymer are adopted in the raw materials, and the mineral oil resistance of a produced variety can be compared favorably with the oil resistance of butadiene nitrile rubber, thereby solving the disadvantages of low tear resistance intensity and non mineral oil resistance of human soft part materials. When the thermoplastic elastomer is used for producing a product, a vulcanization process is removed, equipment and the process are simple, leftover bits and pieces can be repeatedly utilized, and environmental pollution caused by any exhaust of three wastes can not occur in both production process and use process.
