Fan blade upper and lower rims made of flexible magnetic materials are respectively arranged at the upper and lower ends of the fan blade of the verticals shaft fan, the fan blade upper and lower rims are protruded along the two sides and are parallel to the permanent magnets, and coils are respectively wound in grooves of the fan blade upper and lower rims.
