The garbage processor is characterized in that the top of the opening of the stirring groove is provided with an air exhausting device and a water spraying device for discharging waste gas in the stirring groove and controlling the material temperature in the stirring groove to achieve the condition for the existence of microorganism; the outer surface of the stirring groove is provided with a heating plate for controlling the material temperature in the stirring groove to achieve the condition for the existence of the microorganism; and the bottom of the stirring groove is also provided with a discharge groove and a water inlet pipe for discharging water in the discharge groove and supplying water source.
