Abstract

The invention provides an immunogen composition containing polypeptide derived from cytomegalovirus (CMV) and a use method thereof. The composition comprises (a) at least one of CMV pp65 and polypeptide derived from CMV IE-1 polypeptide; and (b) polypeptide selected from groups formed by polypeptides derived from CMV VGLB, CMV VPAP and CMV p100 polypeptides, and the combination thereof. The immunogen composition of the invention can effectively activate CMV resistant immunoreaction after confirmation. Live virus, cells infected by CMV, and full-length CMV cells are not used in a polypeptide library so that no infection, mmunosuppression action, immunologic tolerance and the like are caused.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an anti-herpes virus (herpesvirus) vaccine, in particular to an immunogen composition for producing anti-herpes virus immune effector cells (immune effector cells). The present invention also relates to the use of the aforementioned immunogen composition and its method for activating immune cells, belonging to the field of vaccines. Background technique [0002] Herpes viruses belong to the herpes virus family (Herpes viridae) virus, currently known to have eight viruses that can cause human diseases, these viruses are collectively referred to as human herpes virus (human herpes virus, HHV), including (1) human herpes virus-1 (human herpesvirus-1, HHV-1), also known as herpes simplex virus-1 (herpessimplexvirus-1, HSV-7); (2) human herpesvirus-2 (HHV-2), also known as herpes simplex virus-2 ( HSV-2); (3) Human herpes virus-3 (HHV-3), namely varicella zoster virus (Varicella ZosterVirus, VZV), can cause chickenpox and s...
