A local device comprises a sensor module, a visual perception module, a motor control module, a steering engine control module, a radio signal receiving-transmitting module and a power supply module. The remote device comprises a remote signal receiving-transmitting module and a remote debugging module. The invention also provides an auxiliary development method of the environment exploring robot based on the system. The remote bugging module records historical data when the environment exploring robot executes an exploring task, and reproduces a scene to be debugged necessarily according to the historical data to help the system to develop and debug the robot. The system and the method thereof can effectively improve the development efficiency of the environment exploring robot. The problems possibly existing in the exploring function of the system are discovered in advance by simulating the pretest of modules. When the environment exploring robot goes wrong in the running process, the scene of generating problems can be reproduced through the method so that the cause of errors can be detected.
