The sterile air-discharging device comprises a sterilization pot, wherein the bottom and the top of the sterilization pot are communicated with a water pipeline; the water pipeline is connected with a circulated water pump and a circulating valve in series; and a hot water tank is communicated with the sterilization pot. The sterile air-discharging device is also provided with a hot water recovery pipeline which is communicated with the water pipeline, wherein the hot water recovery pipeline comprises the hot water tank, the circulated water pump and a hot water recovery valve. In the invention, an air discharging structure with water is adopted, the space in the sterilization pot is occupied by water, and the water is heated by steam on the one hand and pumped out by using the water pump on the other hand under the sealed condition of the sterilization pot, therefore, the aim of eliminating cold air in the sterilization pot with high efficiency is achieved.
