Problems solved by technology

If it is produced continuously, the quality of the product cannot be monitored in time, which will easily lead to the production of defective products
Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of each batch of products is qualified, lubricating oil manufacturers often adopt intermittent production, which reduces production efficiency and high production costs.

[0028] Example 1 Formula monitoring of laboratory low-grade oil upgrading high-grade oil

[0029] 1. Preparation of different formula samples

[0030] Based on the low-grade oil CC30 (code-named S-1), five formulations of high-grade oil are equipped, code-named S-2~S-6 in turn, and the specific formulations are shown in Table 1. Among them, S-2, S-3, and S-4 belong to lubricating oils with different formulation systems, that is, the types of additives and base oils are different; S-4 to S-6 have the same formulation system, but the content of each component is different. Wherein S-4 is an ideal formula sample. The composite agent is CD30 high-grade lubricating oil composite additive produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute.

[0043] Example 2 On-site monitoring of actual production of low-grade lubricating oil upgrades

[0044] 1. Monitoring of blending uniformity of each tank in lubricating oil production

[0045] In the process of batch batch production of lubricating oil, unlike laboratory samples, the on-site blending process is complicated, and the amount of various components added is relatively large, which is prone to uneven stirring, resulting in unstable product quality. In order to ensure that the product quality is qualified, it is necessary to regularly spot check the lubricating oil in the same tank until the lubricating oil is stirred evenly.

[0047] Raw materials and base oils are collected on site, and lubricating oil products are prepared on site according to the laboratory blending ratio as standard samples.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly monitoring production of lubricating oil, which comprise the following steps of: (1) measuring a mid-infrared absorption spectrum in a finished products of the lubricating oil and using the mid-infrared absorption spectrum as a standard spectrum; (2) periodically collecting lubricating oil samples in the production process, and measuring the mid-infrared absorption spectrum therein; (3) selecting a proper pretreatment method to treat the mid-infrared spectrum, and selecting a corresponding wavelength range to calculate the similarity of the spectrum and the wavelength; and (4) determining whether the chemical compositions of the lubricating oil are consistent with those of the finished product according to the similarity. Only when the similarity exceeds a certain threshold, the quality of the lubricating oil is consistent with that of the finished product, and the product can leave the factory. The method can rapidly monitor whether the chemical compositions of the lubricating oil are consistent with those of the finished product in the production process of the lubricating oil and whether the quality of the lubricating oil meets the expected requirements. Therefore, the production efficiency of the lubricating oil is improved, and the monitoring cost is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid monitoring method for lubricating oil production, in particular to a method for monitoring the production of lubricating oil by using infrared spectrum technology to detect whether the chemical composition of lubricating oil samples is consistent with the finished oil in the production process, so as to ensure that the quality meets the requirements. Improve lubricant production efficiency. Background technique [0002] During the production process of lubricating oil, in order to ensure the quality of each batch of lubricating oil is qualified, it is necessary to monitor whether the lubricating oil is mixed and whether its quality is consistent with that of the finished product. The traditional monitoring method uses changes in physical and chemical quality indicators to detect whether the quality of lubricating oil meets the requirements. Usually, the production personnel collect samples from the production equipment...
