However, this method relies solely on the soil below the underpinning slab to support the upper structure. Applying this method to soils with low bearing capacity, such as muddy soil, may cause structural instability.

Embodiment 1

[0036] Embodiment 1: a kind of underground layer-adding process of the independent foundation of a frame structure building root-by-root underpinning method, which utilizes the top beams and top braces of the building to be built in the basement and the columns and foundations of the constructed basement to jointly support the upper structure, After completing the aforementioned techniques, continue to excavate the earthwork and carry out the construction of the columns and foundations of the remaining basement. The specific steps are:

[0037] (1) Construct all primary and secondary beams at the upper part of the foundation of the proposed basement, that is, at the indoor floor of the first floor of the existing building, and the primary and secondary beams are reliably connected to the upper frame column 1 of the existing building;

[0038] (2) The underpinning of the original independent foundation 2 is carried out one by one from the center to the surrounding or from the mi...

Embodiment 2

[0042] Embodiment 2: An underground layer-adding process of root-by-root underpinning method for the independent foundation of a frame structure building, which utilizes the top beam, top plate and top brace of the building to be built in the basement and the columns and foundations of the constructed basement to jointly support the upper part structure, continue to excavate the earth and carry out the construction of the columns and foundations of the remaining basement after completing the aforementioned techniques, the specific steps are:

[0043] (1) Construct all primary and secondary beams at the upper part of the foundation of the proposed basement, that is, at the indoor floor of the first floor of the existing building, and the primary and secondary beams are reliably connected to the upper frame column 1 of the existing building; The basement roof 5 is poured together during the primary and secondary beams of the ping, which can reduce the impact of the underground la...

Abstract

The invention relates to an underground storey-adding process of a frame structural building by a one-by-one independent foundation underpinning method. In the process, top beams and top supports of the building with a proposed basement and columns and foundations of the completed basement jointly support an upper structure of the building, and then earth excavation and construction of the columns and the foundations of the residual uncompleted basement are continuously carried out. Earth excavation and top support are simultaneously performed; after the original foundations are removed, the load of the upper frame columns is transferred to the adjacent foundations around the columns through the top beams and transferred to earth through the foundations; and after new foundations and an lower ground level underground frame column are constructed, the load of the upper frame columns can be jointly supported by the new foundations, beam supports and the adjacent foundations. Compared with 'a slab foundation underpinning method' in which the upper structure is simply supported by soil mass under slabs, the method is more reliable and can complete underground storey-adding in areas with worse soil property; compared with the underpinning mode of removing the foundations of the whole building simultaneously, the method is more safe; and even though engineering accidents happen, the building is locally but not integrally unstable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an underground layer-adding process of an independent foundation of a frame structure building by root-by-root underpinning method. Background technique [0002] The development and utilization of urban underground space is a necessity in the process of urban development. At present, problems such as obsolete infrastructure and waste of land resources are common in cities in our country. Orderly, reasonable, comprehensive and efficient development and utilization of urban underground space resources is one of the most effective ways to expand infrastructure capacity, improve urban comprehensive disaster prevention capabilities, improve land use efficiency and save land resources. According to the new urban planning and development, most new buildings have considered the rational use of underground space. However, the existing buildings without facilities such as basements or underground parking lots are increasingly showing d...
